

Manage and monitor the football program’s recruiting budget in regards to coaches travel, official visits, and in house operational costs.Monitor and work collaboratively with the staff to keep them updated on rules-education and changes to NIU, MAC, and NCAA guidelines.Keep records & monitor compliance of coaches staff’s contacts & evaluations of prospects.Be committed to the compliance process and assist with rules-education for the staff.Any & all other duties assigned by the Head Football Coach and Director of Football Operations.Serve as an ambassador of the University and the Athletics Department to all Public entities.Serve as a liaison between all departments on recruiting matters (compliance, student services, strength and conditioning, sports medicine, travel, business, facilities, housing, parking, tickets, etc.).Reporting directly to the Head Coach Football, this position will coordinate the day-to-day recruiting operations and logistical processes for the NIU Football program. This is a full-time, 12-month position with benefits.
